The synopsis

My review
This is a wonderful story of two very screwed up people and they are both victims of circumstance. It had the potential to be a bit of a car crash of woe is me but instead it was a really heartwarming book with some real laugh out loud moments. This story was all about honesty and how lying to yourself is the hardest to stop. The journey Max and Chloe go on is not only intriguing but interesting too. The fact we don't find out the whole story of Chloe and Thomas till almost the end kept my interest in that alive. Victoria Dahl does emotional interplay and turmoil really well and I have not yet been disappointed with one of her books and I look forward to reading the next one I have on my bookshelf.
