This is the summary off the back of the book.
It’s nine o’clock the morning after his father’s funeral, and Ezra Jones already knows it’s going to be a bad day. He wakes up hungover, sore, and covered in blood. Then it gets worse: the handsome and compelling Callum Dawson shows up on his doorstep claiming Ezra’s been turned into a werewolf. Ezra wants to be skeptical, but the evidence is hard to ignore.

Ezra doesn’t have a lot of time to get used to the rules Alpha Callum imposes—or the way his body responds to Callum’s dominance—as he’s busily working for the CDC to help uncover the origins of a lycan epidemic. When the sexual tension finally breaks, Ezra barely has time to enjoy it, because a new danger threatens. Someone wants Ezra for their own unscrupulous purposes and will do anything to get him

This is what I think of the book.
Well wow and again I say wow!! I really loved this it was a real surprise in the fact it took a slightly different take on the werewolf myth.
Most go with either bitten or born but this story uses both and even more surprising is that each is treated equally. Most stories that use both, granted it is usually the vampire myth being used, the bitten are not in positions of power and only the born are in the ruling classes. Here you have bitten and born werewolf's as alpha's and it worked really well and gave the story a new level of believability and hope that as human being we could be that democratic.

This was a really powerful paranormal romantic suspense that hit all the right buttons. I loved that Callum didn't act on how he was feeling towards Ezra until it was safe and that he did everything he could to make sure Ezra had a choice in what was happening, it would have been very easy to write the story with a power play and have Callum use his pheromones to get what he wanted from Ezra making him a slave. I liked that that was not done and the fact it was possible explored and shown that a healthy relationship can come out of a situation where one has the ability to have all the power. This book really kept me engaged and I didn't want it to end I really would like to know more about the world painted in this book so I am keeping my fingers crossed for maybe this being book 1 in a set!!
