My review
We first met Pax in book 1 and I really liked him in that one, he was just so quiet and shy. In this one we get to see him get together with his mate.Now while I still like Pax in his book the thing that drove me almost insane was Gigi, Remy's mate from book 1, he was so hyper and over the top that I wanted him to get blasted out of the nearest airlock. My biggest problem was that Gigi insanity was catching and we got this whole debacle of the slugs. It may have been set up as a funny situation to make the reader laugh but for me it went from funny to farce in two seconds flat. So all in all this one was a disappointment and not due to the protagonists but the secondary characters. I just hope that this turn in the feel of the story is an anomaly and not the tone for the rest of the series!!
